Re: Court case for Accrington Stanley
I should add that Rob, Illias and co were late in coming into the court and as such could not get a seat...they'd to stand at the back with their brief.
Any other questions? |
Re: Court case for Accrington Stanley
that says it all really Tealeaf
utterly disgraceful |
Re: Court case for Accrington Stanley
If we paid £96,000 yesterday and will pay a further £10,000 today, but now owe a further £125,000 that means ...
WE NOW OWE THE HMRC MORE MONEY THAN AT THE START OF THE SOS CAMPAIGN!!! I was happy and relieved one hour ago, I'm going to have an ulcer at this rate. |

Re: Court case for Accrington Stanley
Posted via Mobile Device At the fans forum a few weeks ago, they said they would be open and would give up all the facts as we went along. I was behind them, yet they have not done that in fact now agree that these 2 clowns must go. It stinks they way they have handled this situation

Re: Court case for Accrington Stanley
Cheers for that, Tealeaf.
Just clear your desk, O'Neill and get out. |
Re: Court case for Accrington Stanley
So many questions?
Is the PFA money a loan or a donation? Where has the extra 125k of debt come from? I don't think there is any doubt that this is the end of the road for the current board of directors. Everyone of them should do the decent thing and resign immediately! |

Where is the £100k promised by the directors?
|
Re: Court case for Accrington Stanley
£308000 + £125000 = £433000 Total debt.
£96000 (paid yesterday) + £10000 (to be paid today) + £100000 PFA = £206000. Leaving a total of £227000 to be paid within 7 days. If O'Neill, Heys et al are claiming it takes 4 to 6 weeks for credit card payments to clear we're knackered. |
Re: Court case for Accrington Stanley
does the 125,000 have to be paid at the same time as the rest of debt
|
Re: Court case for Accrington Stanley
Time after time we were told that the dirctors wre putting in a significant amount of cash. Now we know they've put in nothing. GO NOW Mr. O'Neill.

Re: Court case for Accrington Stanley
hello everyone Ilyas here.
a very quick post as i am borrowing someone's computer, but wanted to post directly given the focus on this website. has accy web ever been so busy !! Anyway, as we all will agree, The important thing is to focus on the club, not the individuals. we are safe today, and god willing, will put hmrc to bed as well. I am going to be up in Accy tonight - hoping to drive up this afternoon. i will come up to the club and the vigil, and will be available for any questions. I was at the court hearing, as you all know, and will, as usual, be 100% transparent with the facts, and will answer any and all questions. i love this club, as i love our town, with all my heart. Nothing else really matters does it ? see you tonight if you are around. hopefully after 7pm. please someone save a candle for me ! |
