I learnt off an old woman to cut up a thick slice of onion and crush it.Put it in a hanky or paper towel and place it over the ear.Overnight it works great used it on both my daughters.Anyway done...

Try putting them things you use for a cooler boy on it so zt freezes the paint right through.Then use a nail brush to brush it off.When the paint is hard it lets itself get rubbed off easier.Done it...
