I am truly AMAZED as to why this lovely looking property was given Planning Permission to be DEMOLISHED. Anyone know why? Case File In particular read the bit that says 19th Oct BACKGROUND PAPERS, this shows a photograph of the house that was once there. |

I would just have thought anyone wanting "a modern house with 4 ensuites and an additional bathroom downstairs would have bought such a property" without all the upheaval of demolishing and re-building.
