Wonder how much petromex have made out of the deal ;) Is this the same company Petromex (worth having a look at - supplies all "major" brands) and supermarkets ?

katex, is Whinney Hill a working quarry? I remember it as derelict when I was a boy but I also remember there were hundreds of ready dressed stone flags left there- worth a fortune.
If it pays to import stone from India it must be worth developing Whinney Hill!

St JAMES CHURCH, Cannon Street, ACCRINGTON

NEXT Sat, FEB 4TH, there is to be a "coffee and chat", morning in the church, where plans of work to be carried out are on display.... the doors open at 10.00am.
Could be interesting!

Is this the work in the grounds, Atarah, or inside the building ?

Hi, all I know is that the Church is to be opened and plans can be seen, but, believe its only for external work. You gonna go?

If it had been the plans for the internal work I might have gone for a look, as its for the external plans and I already have copies of them so I doubt I will go.

Are you going? The plans look good and being the only green area in town I hope the project is successful.
