I reckon they never intended 450 jobs. But rest assured it will still open still be packed and as sure as eggs is bacon it will be the death nell for the town center.

No the council thought they were onto a winner and cashed in. Regardless of people whom have been running business' for years and generations. These people have made this town. A few back handers (MY OPINION), and about 5 years behind, does not redefine a once thriving, vibrant East Lancs market town.
