im preppared to meet half way on this subject so how about demolish the arndale and restore accrington town center from teh hideous eyesore it is now and re-locate the clock inside teh market hall

yes but its harder for a pickpocket to get your wallet when looking at a watch on your wrist rather than stood in a crowd gawping up in teh air at a clock.The last time that clock was up pickpocketing was so rife the police had to put posters up in the arndale near the clock warning about pickpockets operating there

I just don't 'do' any shopping - everything I need I buy online - more choice, delivered to my door.

Its not about shopping, its about getting your butt outside and interacting with people instead of becoming a hermit sat in your flat behind a PC screen

I spend an unusually large amount of time asleep (medical reasons)
I do read a lot too.
As for socialising - I would rather avoid the 'masses'- they have 'nasty vibes':D
