There's a new letter going out.

Anyone who received a letter offering compensation, whose water remained unaffected, will now find the money is being redirected

to me!
;):D

Perhaps all the people who get compensation but their water wasn't off should donate it to a local charity. :D

Leaks can be reported here to United Utilities. I assume that's who takes care of it for our area, it's only an assumption tho.

I have reported this leak TWICE now.......incompetent fools.
Maybe they will wait until the whole of the town is blowing bubbles in the leak....they will then send wagons out with bottled water!

Mine says £45, made up of £35 compensation and £10 for buying bottled water.
I managed to get some free from the hand out at Tesco, does the team think I should send the £10 back minus 45p a mile for going in my car?
