its the same when i was a union secretary. many things were voted for that i did not agree with but my job was to fight for the majority and not just for myself. i was voted in like all local MP,s are but i hope many of them have had their chance due to their actions.

Another thing that must be said, If anyone thought we were going to get a good deal, when the E.U. were going to teach us a lesson for having the temerity to leave, and they knew most M.P.s wanted to Remain, then they are dafter than i thought!

There is a picture in the press of Juncker and Barnier(I think) giving each other high fives....so what does that convey to you?
It says to me they think we are screwed....and that is a good enough reason not to accept this rotten deal(it is not like a good cheese...it won't get better with keeping)....because it can only get worse.

They are talking about revoking article 50....but I thought that would require an act of Parliament(I hope that is correct) no way should we be staying in the EU given the way we have been treated by them.

To me the only sensible way is to leave with NO DEAL. But doubt that very much.

A bunch of celebs have set up a petition that has a million signatures that asks the government to revoke Article 50....of course the inlclude a lot of left leaning loonies.....but also there is some stink of fish to this petition, it looks like some of the signatories are in Nth Korea and Afghanistan.

Still, 1 million does not trump 17.4 million.

The Remoaners had 4 million ‘sign’ a petition in June 2016 for a ‘second referendum, but later it was discovered quite a few thousand were from Bots.

I have just looked at the signatories and it seems that most MP's have signed this....and if it is Kosher....this includes our 'honest' #chocolate teapot MP.
I have also noted that many of the signatures are from places as far afield as Cambodia, and Argentina.

This is democracy in action....no debate on the petition regarding leaving without accepting this crap deal.....that said....I can't see there being time to do anything about this petition either

If they like The EU so much then let them move to Europe.

They see themselves as socialists....for the working man, the oppressed, but yet they want to stay in an organisation that is rich, ruled by elite, oppressors of poorer members, suit wearing white men....it just does not compute does it?

I have just read people in Russia, Saudi Arabia, Poland etc etc etc have been signing that petition, if that is correct itslike i say, dickheads everywhere will sign when celebs put summat forward.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:
