That's a bit of a worry as I had it in my pocket, think what it would have done if I had worn it.

Today in Pictures, a slight dip into the realm of moist moments.

1. At the entrance to Memorial Park.
2. Straight into the moist moments without a safety line.
3. Wet bits on a leaf.
4. More wet bits on a different leaf.
5. This one is for Turtle.
6. So is this, the full panel.
7. The pull of the moist moments is strong.
8. Wickthing on a wet bit.
9. They only last a day, that's why they are called Day Lillies.
10. Last snap, time to head home.

I noticed that on your walk with Shillelagh, Gremlin & Davemac not one of you dare to point your camera at Jen or post the photo of jen:p:hidewall:

Dare taken up Dave.

Seeing as Jen posted a photograph of me looking scruffy and unloved I see no reason why I shouldn't post one of her.
We met at the pub car park and it is a long way to the start of our walk. I drove down and the photo was taken while they were making their way to catch up with me.

Sorry about the quality, it was just a quick chance shot from a distance away, Jen is the one on the left of the picture.

Russell, don't talk yourself down...you didn't look scruffy in any of the pics I looked at......and I looked at them all! :)

Did you look at post 4799 Margaret?
I looked a right mess with the old jacket, flat cap and trousers hanging loose around my boots.
I changed as soon as I got back to the car.

Then back to my usual hobby.

Yes, many thanks, they arrived. I can't wait to show them to my Aunty! She emigrated from Great Harwood in the late 60s (she's 87 now), and she's told me many stories about her Uncle Dick and how he joined up to escape working in the mill. I would also like to post some of them on my public Ancestry tree, only if you're ok with that. I would give you credit, of course. Dave mac, you're a star!
