Today in Pictures, there is every possibility that today I will get my liberty bodice wet, which makes the rubber buttons go all out of shape.
1. Thats the general direction, Churn Clough Reservoir, I tend to be drawn to water. 2. You can see the "Ossy"turbines from here. 3. With my back to the hill you can see Dean Clough just to the right in the distance. 4. Churn Clough Reservoir, we are taking a big arc to get there. 5. You can just see a band of rain travelling in this direction, perhaps a onesie was not a good idea. 6. Why is it sunny over there and about to open up here? 7. Here you can see the rain falling on Huncoat, to the left of that is Hapton Scouts, and the quarry. 8. That band of rain just passed over, and now I have moist places. 9. I bet fairies live up there. 10. Back up the hill, it put my lamps out, so a short stop whilst my lungs catch up with my body. |
Re: Today in pictures

I have plans to go up to Stocks reservoir soon Dianne, there is enough water there to keep Dave happy for months, he would be in his glory getting his gusset, corsets and any other unmentionable he cares to wear wet/damp. I don't mind company but would rather not have a dog in the car and Dave always has Bob with him. if anybody fancies a ride out with me send me a PM. I would probably be out about two hours and the trips on me. |

Re: Today in pictures
What time are you going to Rammy Jen?
I am hoping to catch the ten AM train from Rawtenstall. I am going to the Transport show at the East Lancs Railway Museum at Bury. It's easy to park at Rawtenstall and use one of the complimentary rail tickets we used to get when June had the guide dog puppies. I have to take my rollers out and brush my golden locks, wipe off my face cream and apply my make up. Then find a freshly washed and iron shirt and don my best gillie suit. I must try to look beautiful in case some sneaky girl with a dog takes my picture and puts it on the Web. |
