Not a good idea. Remember most women park by ear. You know: "Just a little closer. A tad more. Almost there. 'CRUNCH' Ah ... perfect.";)

If you impair her hearing, she will have to park, or pull up to the gas pumps, using only her sense of smell. Using her eyes, or, god forbid, the mirror, just won't occur to her.:D

Not sure about that Frank, more likely to be a Grey wagtail, black bib, yellow underside whereas the "Pied" by definition is black & white. :)

Googled what they look like, and I think it has a pointier beak than them.

Today in Pictures, it was colder than it looked, I went back in and changed my coat.

1. On the way down to Dean Clough Reservoir, to get some idea of how cold it was go and get a lolly out of the freezer and hold it too your forehead until you have seen all the pictures.
2. What happened to the water level, I have never seen it this low.
3. This is the point that upper and lower Dean Clough Reservoir meet, although Lower Dean is now lower than it was, so it is now lower Lower Dean Clough.
4. This is the sluice between them both.
5. More like the Devils Causeway.
6. This is the overflow that sends the water down stream to join the River Calder close to Bowley Scout camp.
7. Once a rill putting water into the reservoir, long since abandoned.
8. Walls, and wet bits.
9. At this point I am doing the doggy paddle.
10. I have never seen three of those depth gauges before.
