I'm probably barking up the wrong tree here, but you dont mean "Peter and Gordon" do you? They had a hit with "World Without Love"...Peter was Pete Asher...Jane Asher's brother!

Richard and Judy?

She's in her 60's, and they were always on Granada in the old days.

Thomas the Tank Engine, Knight Rider, Doctor Who.....where do I start? TV was much more entertaining across the board in those days.

There's got to be a subliminal message in here somewhere. Little Weed, herbal cigarettes?? Enlighten us Maggie.

At the moment, one of my mates has been debating whether a girl is a bit too young for him or not. The solution to this has been devised in the form of a simple question:

'Who was your favourite Thundercat?'

If she doesn't know what you're on about, she's too young.

Perhaps in your case I should have used your favourite Peter Brough and Archie Andrews quote?

Mick and Montmorency escapade?

Dick Barton episode?

Re: What did you watch when you was a nipper?

I remember the Grove family, granny Grove in the armchair with hotwater bottle on her knee, kept asking for her elevenses.Muffin the mule I loved and just realised it was John Mills sister who played the piano for Muffin. Crackerjack was one of my favourites, yes its Friday , its 5o clock its CRACKERJACK, every time the namecarckerjack was mentioned the entire audiance had to shout it out loud.At tea time I remember a series Top of the Form . Also Pencil and Paper this was a quiz but the questions were for the viewers, when all questions asked, the answers were then given and explained.Family viewing, brilliant.
