Professionalism?
On August 4, I ordered and paid online a new scarf and the match programme from the Darlington home game. I have emailed the club since - about one week ago - as I had not (and have still not) received either.
I assume the club are a bit snowed under at the moment and have been these past few weeks, however, I am a little bit miffed not to even have received a reply to my email, which was sent to sales@..., as suggested on my order confirmation email. Hopefully, the problem I am experiencing is unique to me and the club will sort this out soon. However, if there are others experiencing difficulties, it is something the club should look to address. I am sure everyone is working their socks off... and I'll just have to be a bit more patient... but a little reassurance would go a long way. |

I never had a reply to two emails I sent, either. Not a thing. First was sent July 31st, other towards the end of that week.

It could be something as simple as a spam-blocker wrongly deducing that certain emails are spam (I know I have to keep an eye on what hotmail puts as spam - every now and then a real mail gets put in there), or any number of other reasons. Whatever the problem is, it needs highlighting to ensure that it can be sorted. |
