This morning at 8:45 a red Toyota Corolla T270 JBC driven by a young Asian lad sped past the front of the town hall, speed approximatly 20-25mph. You may want to avoid this person as he may run you over

Nothing wrong at all with 25mph on a road where cars are permitted (unless of course it's a Scaitcliffe area one where the limit is 20mph) but the only vehicles permitted in front of the town hall are buses for access to the bus station.

well i presume a bus running you over would hurt more than a car, so you would stand more chance of surviving if the car hit you.

You'd be looking out for buses, and as they are bigger you notice them coming. Cars being smaller and unexpected (you wouldn't be looking out for them on a road where they are not permitted) and would be quite likely to be hit by one as you wouldn't expect it to be there. As this one shouldn't have been. Someone was knocked down by a car on that road not long ago.
