re the 270 Whalley road application, have just had a look on google earth, why knock it down, its a good looking building with plenty of garden space, perhaps a change of "roof" stye was on the cards :eek:

Out of curiosity has anybody seen any planning permission for a sandwich bar on Peel St to become a taxi office. I assume it would be required ?

It's the Sea Cadets place. Behind what use to be the vets on Whalley Rd, on the canal tow path. It's all that area there, that's the Clayton Triangle. We've been trying to get some investment there for a long time.
