Just been looking on rightmove, and noticed that stone bridge mill in oswaldtwistle has been put up for sale.It says freehold residential developement 6 acres, that would be a big developement, be interesting to see if a big housebuilder submits plans for it, doesnt say what the price is, but i guess it will be alot.
