You'll never get to see them they will be hidden from view by some political smoke screen.

I'm getting confused here , which isn't difficult for me .

Garinda speaks sbout the grand opening next week , or is he referring to some other opening of something that never shut ?

Possibly the most successful market in Lancashire is Fleetwood. Interesting to note the following that I came across -

"New opening hours for Fleetwood Market

Following consultation with customers and traders, Fleetwood Market will now open four days a week all year round from 1 October.

The increase in winter trading days follows a successful trial of Thursday opening in the run up to Christmas for the past three years. The move will meet increased demand and remove any confusion for the hundreds of thousands of shoppers who visit this gem each year, as trading days have previously been different in winter and summer.

Now the market will be open Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, 9am to 4.30pm, regardless of the season.

While other markets are struggling and facing closure, Fleetwood Market is bucking the trend. Despite the effects of the recession and temporary loss of trams to the town, there is still a waiting list for stalls on the inside market and a planning application will shortly be submitted to create additional permanent stalls on the outside market."

What is so special about Accy Market that it has to open 6 days?

Because just like God our esteemed leader rests on the seventh day, otherwise he would move it to the maximum of working days.
:D

It is rather confusing, as the official press release in July said it had already happened, as well as saying this...

'Accrington Market Hall trades Monday – Saturday, except Wednesday'
http://www.quarterbridge.co.uk/asset.../Acc_Press.pdf

Perhaps they're dusting off their muffs, and having a re-re-opening, and a celebration of the return of Victorian values, in which the traders will have to now work every hour God sends.

Could it just be another chance of a photo shoot with the Obbo's favourite model?

Some one would realy have a red face, if none of the market stalls was open for business. Nows their opportunity.

I can understand why you would want to read it in the Market hall, much quieter than having the constant click of the keyboard that the library has from those computer keyboards!

Now that his 'grand opening' might be sabotaged, what's the betting it will be postponed?
