Bye-bye butties.

Hello 'Let them eat cake'?

But then again, knowing how PB likes his picture taking.......maybe not...he might be dashing from wedding to wedding....hope he doesn't get sick off Wedding cake:D.

I'm sure Peter will be there Margaret. He wouldn't miss opportunity like that.

Armchairs?

Whatever they might be, they'll certainly choose more fitting seating arrangements than that.

I'm seeing David and Victoria (Beckham, not Regina) style thrones.

Knowing they aren't strangers to the dressing up box, they might also don regal attire, and come as historical royal figures.

Edward and Wallace?

George III and Madness?

Queen Mary and Pearl Choker?

Queen Anne and cunning linguist Sarah Churchill, Duchess of Marlborough?

We'll just have to wait and see, or ask those who are planning to spend the day in the Market Hall.

How times have changed, now to study something similar all that's needed is a C.V. stating you went to a mob whatsit & attended a touch of Crochet (you probably only had to witness it, not even perform).

YOU WAS ROBBED!

But don't worry so were the rest of us that tried.

As any good dictator will tell you, I insisted others should do as I say, not as I do.

Not everyone can carry off a horizontal Breton stripe.

For those unlucky souls I'd suggest gingham.

What a huge waste of time, money and effort, I personally don't give one about the Royal wedding, just as I didn't give one when Charles and Di got married ( so much so that I was on a beach in Wales messing about in rock pools!) As has been said all sensible people who have the day off will be making the most of the free time and not lounging around watching some daft toffs get hitched. If the Council are seriously thinking about frittering away any ( and I mean any!!) money on this it's a disgrace.
And Jon at the Castle will not be too amused if you can't get into his Boozer!

Strange, I was there just before I came home, before I left I asked if it would be a wedding free zone, he was most noncommital.

(But I hope it will be).

Or even Eve and the Serpent....now I could see them as that....except, it would look like the serpent had swallowed a pig.

Perhaps another poll is called for?
Are you sad enough to spend the wedding day in the Market Hall?
or
Are you sad enough to spend the wedding day in the town hall with the bar open?
