It's not a matter of who's changed the most, they've all changed to try & reap the benefits. At one point a party would make a policy endex, no ifs or buts that is it we will not waver !
Now, well we'll take that & maybe add this to it, take that from it & come up with something that's neither fish nor fowl, they've sold out & taken the middle ground in the hope of appealing to a wider spectrum. Look at the modern crop of Politicians, their parties & policies, so much is a dilution and/or an absorption of another parties policies that they are all readily interchangeable with each other. The exception being those old Dinosaurs pushed to the outer edges of their chosen gangs comfortable little community because they're unhappy with the way their party has capitulated & accepted mediocrity in their politics & precepts. |
