It would be fantastic if you could encourage people into the market (if
every household in Hyndburn spent just £5 per week in the market this
would generate over £150 000!) and bear the Market in mind when meeting
potential business contacts.
It would be even more fantastic if we were in this together, Even Churchill during the war changed posters from, 'Your effort', to, 'Our effort', Only one letter but what a difference, (all in it together).

I would be prepared to spend £5 per week, so long as the goods I want are at a reasonable price AND I didn't have to fight through the queue for the Lavatory!

I want sanitary conditions for the meat I buy not a urine filled floor.

The article in the Observer still claims they are saving £10,000.

Can one of the Tory councillors please inform us how this saving has been calculated ?

No reply yet. Maybe they have realised it's probably costing £11,000 a year to open the Market Hall on a Sunday for one cafe

How's your bladder holding out at work?

Coping with the 'few' extra yards it takes to go wee wee's?

We starting closing Wednesdays. One day a week with a taxi ride to the bog is bad enough :(

You need some of those little doggy poop bags.

Bag it up, and send that in a taxi to the council offices, and get them to flush it.

Have you ever thought about starting a campaign to close even more toilets, and thus 'save' even more money?

You could start off by closing all the toilets in Scaitcliffe House.

After all, that would hardly be an inconvenience to anyone.

As it's only a hop, skip, and a jump to the nearby toilets in the Globe Centre.

;)

You mean a Labour win would improve matters in Hyndburn?

You're admitting that???

As happens in the national press when Westminster have their summer recess, it'll be the start of what's known as the 'silly season'.

Dogs skateboarding down the Coppice, the streets awash with serial killers, crocheted gonks executed in the Market Hall.

You'll soon get into the swing of things.

;)

Why should it be the death of AccyWeb?
If your best mate could close the site he would,
AccyWeb seems far more democratic than one or the other party, we, don't have to follow any party line, if Labour are wrong, we say so, if the idiots are wrong, we say so.
(this biased opinion is mine, I take full responsibility, though I must admit if I'm likely to get any flak it will be from the outgoing party).
