im guessing a new rule to pop up will be that children can use the balcony without adult supervision as long as they buy a soft drink from the cafe upstairs along the way ;)

there may be a job creation opportunity here.Chaperone children on and off the blacony for £1.00 per child.

Paul's website is the definitive guide to Rishton and yet he's still researching, it's fantastic.

We used to have quite a few public toilets in Rishton although the hideous expense of running them coupled with, shall we say, soliciting got them closed down one by one.

The pay-per-use TARDIS models that are up and down the county seem to pay for themselves, I can't see the problem with those to be honest. Expensive, but we're here to provide a service and the complaints we get from the older residents who perhaps can't hold on as well as they used to is increasing.

Sign just says Children must be accompanied by Adult. I suppose the age depends on which judge you get hauled up in front of :D

Shouldn't it be the opposite way round, it's need additional letters, PEELESS ST.

If anybody is going there today bring a torch there's no lights. Must have taken the fuse out to save leccy :D

Forget Rivers of Blood.

Peel street will soon be awash with 'can't hold it any longer' piddle.

We might get tourists coming to Accrington, to take cruises up the Yellow River.
