I never would have thought twenty years ago when i used to see our illustrious leader staggering around town drunk as a monkey on a saturday night, he would in time be the leader of the council and on £43k a year.Just goes to show alcohol does you no harm whatsoever:D Like he says worth every penny:rolleyes:

I'm guessing he won't be reading this right now as there is a county council meeting to decide on to cut £179 million from the budget and put thousands out of work. Never mind they all have to live

He might be, as I was signing out at Scaithcliffe after a community meeting I was in he was walking out of a meeting. We spoke about an issue I had raised with him and as the thread title suggests he was still alive :rolleyes::D

i designed a banner for them capturing both the essance of their cause and a true representation of what the self awarded medal reflects to the public but it was declined :(

The Councillors vote the leader in so it will be whoever the majority party vote in. I cant remember the name of the current leader of the labour party, having a mental block but someone will be along to remind me soon I am sure
