What about crime in this country under Labour, when they had three terms to address any problems?

Didn't we have the third consecutive Labour government at the time, when you'd fled the streets of Accrington, and said you were glad you'd already left, as the streets were unsafe, after some yet unknown person, persons, or creature, had attacked a dog?

You obviously thought the government weren't doing such a good job at the time, regarding law and order, in keeping our streets safe, if you were so busy staining your tartan trews brown.

Oh, that's ok then.

Another case of 'I'm alright Jock'.

You did well, so don't give a damn about the many who didn't, and are therefore unable to make any unbiased, analytical judgements about politics.

You really are no different from the faithful little blinded Thatcherites, who thought they did ok, when they benefited from all the council houses being sold off.

Yes, this Government is for real, it only seems to be in your version of politics that the fantasies of fairy tales exists.

Are you sitting comfortably?

Then I'll begin.

Once upon a time there was a brave and wonderful group of people called New Labour they ruled the land, all the people were so happy with their lot that they would never vote against such wisdom. Then the evil followers of the wicked witch of the 80's took the Land away with the help of a group of gnomes from the family of the lib dem's.
No one prospered not even in the land beyond the boundry of Hadrien.
In less than two years the land of milk and honey was transformed by their evil deeds...

So on so forth, if this tale goes the way of other such stories, it will take 100 years before everyone wakes up, kills the dragon, (which is a shame because for once the Welsh Independants were doing ok on their own), then we all lived blinkered forever after.

Mc Len's in.

Now cocker-nee Stella's in.

Think I can hear by bed calling.

My eyelids have already been closing.

More than a few minutes with the Miliband Chuckle Brothers and I'll be sound asleep at the computer.

if you look at the official figures crime was down you cant say labour never did anything about crime.look at the tories now crime is rising because they are getting rid of half the police force who modernised the police force with new vehicles etc you cant say they didnt the proceeds of crime was a masterstroke. im not saying they were 100% perfect but they did do a lot of good.when was britain the country of perfection for crime before anyway:confused:

No it wasn't.....it only looked like it was down. This was because they(the police and the government) changed the way that figures were collected and collated.

And because you got a good deal out of the last government doesn't mean that they were any good.
Look at the way immigration was handled. The hadn't a clue who was here, why they were here or how long they were staying.

The 10 pence rate of tax was doubled to 20 pence and that was when everything in the financial sector was supposed to be hunky dory(for me my tax doubled).........oh but silly me, I got a bus pas.
You are blinkered...plain and simple. As Boeing Guy readily tells us you never compalined once about policies that the NEW Labour government implemented, so we have no idea what you really thought of them, and it is said that distance(time) lends enchantment..........and I guess you have been ideologicall brainwashed to think that Labout are socialists and look after the working man.

it only looked like it was down ha ha what kind of statement is that lol labour increased the bobby on the beat .fact;) immigration has always been like that and when the situation was getting worse they set up the uk border agency which the tories are decimating and will probably end up privatising .now we have more coming in per month now than we did under labour per month fact
