Todays report is, the extinguisher on the canal has gone into hiding, the mother-ship has erected the launch tube, and the others have come out of hiding

Photos.
1.& 2 shows the original now without disguise and in hiding.
3. Mother-ship now with launch tube erected.
4. Sleeper cells in formation lurking.
5. Possible siting, again close to water.
6. Soldier waiting for the order to attack.

So....... stiff upper lip, shoulders back, chest out, straight back, best foot forward, they dont like it up em Mr Mannering, your only suppose to blow the bloody doors off, fire at will, attitude. (Will must be fed up by now)

They seem quite brazen ... making no attempt to conceal themselves ... I mean, they don't exactly blend into the background. That rectangle, close to the top of the observer's "torso", cunningly disguised as dark slot, is perhaps some form of trans- or inter-dimensional interface. Could some brave soul compose a message in English and Lancashire (And perhaps Dinglish, just in case the aliens are a little slow on the uptake) expressing our good intentions and our love of meat pies? This could be inserted into the interface slot. Oh, and one should affix a portrait of Her Britanic Majesty, our leader (there's always this "take me to your leader" thing to keep in mind).

By the by, who is keeping an eye on the ducks?

Thats only the ones we have uncovered, there may be more out there, we are waiting for feedback from all operators in the field, then some that are in the street, and then, well, who knows what happens next?

The trouble is the ones we find then disguise themselves, apart from certain fighting bots who are already on the streets, and ready to rumble.

people... it has been spotted..... it is approaching the bridge that goes over the canal for the dunkenhalgh way. Yes it is approaching Church yet again, this time its dropped its disguise and come out of the reeds. It no longer feels that it has to hide away, I think I know why........so I will do a Schwarzenegger for now.

Traffic clones, don't get them mixed up with traffic cones which are cones for traffic.

Traffic clones are working in tandem with canalinguishers which are designed to take our eye of the ball, I present my evidence to be scrutinized by my piers (which are wooden structures that jut out into water).
1. Observing at the roadside
2. Pretending to be a tree.
3. Playing dead.
4. Another observing at the roadside(if more proof were required)
5. Hiding in the nettles.
6. Is this a big one disguised?
7. Lurking in an allotment.
8. Knocking on doors asking for directions.

9. Submariner section.

AAArrgghh!! And there were several standing guard on our back lane a few years ago! Thank goodness we got the bin lorry to put paid to them! Looking at the pics again, the one nearest the gate appears to have come back to life!

Come to think of it there are still a couple lurking under our front steps, in unsullied state... we are doomed!

I think the ones you have submitted were relatively harmless clones, if you look closely they were severely ruptured, but if you say there are some in erect states (I'm not being mucky there) adjacent to the property, then be afraid, be very afraid.

Traffic cones, cones for traffic, very safe and not to be avoided.

It doesn't take much I know, but you have me a little confused.

I always though traffic cones ARE to be avoided, hit one of those at speed and you could regret it, plus the reason they are there is normally to prevent you hitting whatever the cone is so generously trying to guide you away from.

As for clones, I'll have a Mr. Whippy 99 with lot's and lot's of extra raspberry sauce.

I don't think you should avoid the cones, thats cones for traffic, especially if you are walking. How else would you be able to pick on up and shout down the narrow end ditt da doooo, or hello can you hear me, also you have to approach them in order to put one on your head.

If you did this with a traffic clone you could end up on a strange table having your nether regions probed, and I dont think you would want raspberry sauce on that. I think a Mr Whippy and a 99 should be posted in the over 18's section.

If I may just go back to the beginning of this thread started in 1968 by restless, his concerns were about the state of a specific area at the express gifts area. I have today revisited the area and can confirm that all the rubbish has been removed as the photo confirms. Not a jot of rubbish remains.

The extinguisher although now taking on less importance is still on its relentless course toward Church, it has moved although not by much I caught it having its lunch. So the alert on the extinguisher has gone down to Defcon 2 for the time being, but still keep a high alert, things could change at a moments notice.

The extinguisher is having to guess the flavour of its lunch, but with their superior intelligence it shouldn't prove to difficult for them.I note you have downgraded the alert to defcon2 have you sought the sanction of the select committee to do this? or are you going all loose cannon on us? Just remember we need to be united on this matter to stand a chance against this extra terrestrial threat if and when they play their hand. The clone problem could just be a smoke screen if they know you are on to their scheme please be aware of this when dividing your time on watch.

I've been at defcon 1 (Lancashire style) for a while now, thats attacking things with a pointy stick. Defcon 2 is putting a rubber end on it. Perhaps you are right that we peaked to soon, and less has a point, a unique problem requires unique classifications.
