We too are herded through the airport. This is what you, the traveling public, want. Cheap
flights etc.
If both pilots are unhappy about the conditions they will have no hesitation in staying put on the ground. After all we have families as well. Safe flying.

For once I agree with mancie nice point about bolox

He should hire a private jet to travel.

No herding then.

As you say, if you want to fly to Prague for ten quid, put up with the stink in the cattle shed.

Just hoping that the fly ban is lifted before 7am tomoz as Joan has rearranged her flight for that time, if the ban is still in force she will have to cancel her holiday as she can't reschedule it again owing to other commitments, but its better to be safe than sorry

Hello Simon,
I was having a brew at the Stanlow services today and there was a coach load of punters having a right old moan about not being able to fly from EGCC to EIDW, they were being bussed to the ferry at Holyhead to catch a boat over instead.
I kept the old gob shut but thought about you, I will be happy to fly when you are mate.

By the way, last time I flew was in 1960 when we were doing drops over Salisbury plain in a Beverely, no cargo doors either cos they won't open in flight.

All the best.

The news report on Sky said that 'if ash started dropping everyone should stay inside'. Is this all a plot? Is it actually nuclear fallout? Should I be hoarding baked beans and hiding under my table?

I'm just waiting for all the conspiracy theorists to start popping up. I'm sure they'll have something to say about a global bid to confine us to our homes.
