I bet their 31 aircraft weren't grounded,
and why didn't the mainstream news tell us about it?
Too much secrecy causes suspicion.

People have took some lovely snaps of the ships taking part in exercise Brilliant Mariner, from passing boats and other ships in the area, which is open to other vessels.

Brilliant Mariner: any pics?

There's plenty of information, and a few more snaps on here.

Certainly a few more details than you'd see out of a little plane window at 30,000 feet.

Thanks for taking the trouble to find that.
It just shows how much news the BBC and Sky ignore when they decide to treat media persons lives as 'news' instead

slight wander ......... For some reason remember back to when I was a kid and she was featured on the Eamon Andrews show "This is your Life" a time when the BBC used to report on folks who had done something with their life , unlike todays plastic enhanced celebutards .

for some reason I allways thought Deborah Kerr played that role  before she moved to Siam
was surprised to see Ingrid Bergman in the role, Guess Dietrich wasnt available , ( note to self ... go rent it) :D

It was one of the first films Bergman made after returning to Hollywood, after being exiled for ten years, because of her afair with Rossellini.

You must watch it.

It's a good film.

When asked what I wanted to do when I was about six or seven, this is the reason why I used to reply 'a missionary'.

Odd that I should be doing just that here, all these years later.

:D
