Last time I noticed a plague of flies - an elderly woman had died upstairs and lay in her flat for several days before being found! RIP!

apparently the waste has come from liverpool and theres plenty of information posted on the link above by markuze

But seriously - had a look at the link to FB and it looks pretty appaling - hope you manage to get some answers and a quick solution to the problem.

Surely there must be very strict rules about waste dumping/distances from inhabited areas? The pollution of the local stream seems very worrying also...

I just had an enjoyable re-read of a thread in "Anything goes" about which Cartoon character/comic book hero you resembled. I remembered Garinda being He-man so I stand corrected, the Ossy superheroes are 2.

Less as Cartman I'd forgotten (more Dick Dastardly IMHumbleO!), the bucket would be back at you if you tried to pull that one on me

In my interview with Granada Reports I posed all the questions you have been asking.The Environment Agency have promised a response and I think you might be able to see the full interview on the Granada Reports Website later.
I think it is great for us to gather in Nook Lane tonight to show our protest and I have now arranged a further meeting at Trickys at 7pm tomorrow evening.
Richard has said a microphone will be available and you will have the opportunity to direcly question the agency.
Can I thank all of you for the support you are giving me in my work on this issue.
