Sorry, didn't quite understand the second part of your answer. Are you saying that the Pakistani community aren't offended by Christian symbols such as the nativity and hot-cross buns?
Do you mean that the majority of British Pakistanis dont take offence when 'labelled' Pakistani as opposed to Pakistani's (born and bred in Pakistan)?

Give me a chance Kipax! It was me who put the question to him in the first place as I wanted to know! Have I persisted since in insisting that the word is OK to use? NO! Stop putting words in my mouth and accusing me of things I haven't done.
You, Sir, are the one having the heart attack, and you AGAIN are the one who is resorting to belittling and offensive comments. I have never used the word in question in an angry way as a verbal attack as I am not, never have been and never will be a racist. I honestly believed that an abbreviated word (similar to Brit) could hardly be offensive, but now that I have been informed from the horses mouth I will try to refrain from using it.....but Christ, dont hang me before I even do anything!

i dnt think we are offended by these Christian symbols just like i dnt think tht you are offended by our greem flag n star or r u ????? i think tht will ansa ur 1st question
secondly no i dnt think we get offended as long as the word is not abbreviated am sure you knw which word i am on about. n e way wel said Mik  |
