In theory the qiuz host can change the categories evey month, week, or even daily..but I'd say thats asking to much..there's no reason why the host can't be among the players in the quiz.. the host can only set the category, they can't see the questions or answers..having said that there's no way I'd do the job.:eek:

It was really difficult today - Sue's 10 might be the only one - next best has 6 i think, some really tricky questions for me -my guesses were all wrong,shame it'll knock me back after a good start this month...swings and roundabouts:D

Was scuppered by my son today -he put the oven on to heat up some pizza, then put on the sandwich toaster to have a snack while he waited and i already had the washing-machine on (again!) -half-way through the quiz the safety device kicked in and the power switched off because of the overload!:mad::rolleyes: Lost wireless connection hence dreadful time...and now i'm starting to go "dotty" again... ;)

Wish something would go right -it's a hard world at times:rolleyes::D

Well, bad day again -I should obviously watch more TV -everyone seems to have heard of Seinfield except me. Must watch more mindless TV programmes -the truth is I watch an average of minutes, not hours, of TV a day...nothing worth watching these days.

Thanks for that Mancie! Actually it said Jerry Seinfield -never heard of him, I hit the first option Jerry -knew it wasnt The Simpsons at least I've seen them:D

Today's quiz is a speed trial -I just played, though only half-way through my morning cuppa so I didn't have the full effect of the brew to speed me along. Reckon there'll be some fast times today.:)

Not me NS -though not that long established -what you see is what you get -am very up and down!
. Should have had 7 today -changed an answer - 3 guesses wrong. I must repeat 10 times a day -don't change an answer unless you re 100% sure it's wrong!

My wireless connection isn't that quick...give the benefit of the doubt.

After all it is a trivial quiz!:)

Just noticed a glitch in the scores from yesterday. When I switched off at midnight last night, ten people had played and Mancie was tenth with one question right (sorry Mancie!). This morning I notice that Alan had played since then and was fifth, making Mancie 11th. (sorry again!). However the "scores for yesterday" page still says that only ten people had played and Mancie's name is nowhere to be seen. Yet the cumulative score page shows that he has played every day!

I lived there for a year, that was enough. Just prefer questions that I can relate to having taken part in many UK quizzes over the years. Pity there don't seem to be many UK quiz sites that are free.
