It makes out that politics isn't for ordinary people....and that is what is wrong....too many 'ordinary people' fail to be interested in politics because of that kind of attitude.
Politics touches every part of our everyday lives......and we should have opinions, and feel that we can express those opinions without some toffee nosed member telling us we don't know what were are talking about....OK he didn't say that in so many words, but that is certainly what his pompous post implied.

Also can recall a mention of "Orgreave" n being present, like this will impress us, well it don't impress me one iota, theres someone on here could lose this guy, with stuff n participation etc during the dispute.

but suppose he was a student back then n they always seem to know best.

Agree - the Tories are really hammering the people at bottom of the ladder. But I do agree that these breeders who have over 3 kids (approximately) should be penalised and not encouraged to produce more offspring!

What's there to explain? It is quite straight forward, if you forgo certain workers rights you will receive shares in the company you work for.
In return it is assumed you will be more willing to help make it a success.

Personally I will take the rights

so what happens if your company hasnt got shares and which company would give shares free.so that means if they feel like it they can just sack you off for no apparant reason.it doesnt make sense

Gents, for once I have to agree with C'mon.
Whilst I want the company I work for to survive, there are not many airline jobs where you are on first name terms with the CEO and President and you feel part of a family, I feel my rights as an employee are more important than a few shares.
I think this is a ill though out idea and will not work

Thing is i doubt very much if its ill thought out at all, The intention is a backdoor way to erode what few workers rights are left. Simple as.
