Today in Pictures, a bit later than normal, they have only just released me.
1. A wet bit of Woodnook Water, just before it passes the old "Highams" site. 2. and off we go up-stream. 3. I don't think they have been used for a while. 4. Back on a flat bit, going under an overhead bit. 5. Time to form an opinion. 6. I was over there a few weeks ago, now I'm over here looking over there. 7. Back on the bit with very little footpath. 8. You can just see Shoe Mill in the distance. 9. Ta. Da. Shoe Mill. 10. Standing on the bridge, waiting for my ship to come in. |

Re: Today in pictures
I never edit any of my photos, they are straight from the camera and hopefully a true reflection of the scenes I have photographed.
Saying that I have noticed that some photos posted here look to have been enhanced and don't look natural. What I what like to do is have a go at editing my photos and altering the colours etc and wonder what editing software you use. I have Coral paintshop Pro X and Nikon software which came with the camera. Up to now I have never used them but maybe I could experiment and see how I get on. I have been an amatuer photographer for thirty years and buy a photo magazine from time to time. It seems more and more the articles are all about enhancing photos and not showing the real thing. It is time I moved on and had a go for my self. |
