ah...I was up there only yesterday.....visiting Ma.
These places that you have captured used to be my playground when I was just knee high to a buttercup...happy days....and they were!

Longridge Fell before the rain

Walking home through the summer rain, thunder on one side bright sunshine on the other, I saw a double rainbow, by the time I had my phone ready to take the image the outer rainbow was fading.
I knew they occurred first chance to see one, I hope it shows on this pic'

Just had a nice catch-up on the thread - great selection of pics. Mine are from Monday evening -meal out for husband's birthday with my parents who arrived on Sunday. Lovely local eating place called " Locanda Al Carrobbio"
